Synapse Engineering customer services sucks!!!
Has anyone else experienced this...I been trying to get a retaining ring and O-ring for my DV. I have called over 20 times, emailed 3 times, and 2 twice actually spoke to the same person. I’ve been waiting for a PayPal invoice for 2 1/2 weeks already!!! 
Does anyone have a retaining ring and O-Ring sitting around for sale?????
