I think we should have the sticky thread listing all the bad companies like this one so we can blacklist them and members won't fall into trap.

Mods and everyone, should we create such a list?

Hi guys, thanks for the suggestion. It's something we've considered in the past and decided against for a few reasons (below).

A simple search for the vendor name will show any feedback posts/threads like these, giving both positive and negative feedback. Example:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...ml#post8103680

Sticky threads like the one suggested also get messy and you still have to search that thread to find feedback on a specific vendor as they grow large over time. They also can be misleading when a vendor that used to be good starts to have problems, then new members start reading the original good stuff and never make it to the posts with recent issues.

The unfortunate reality is you need to really look for accurate feedback on vendors. If they sponsor the forum you can get a lot of good feedback (positive for most and negative/issues for a small handful). We recommend using itrader and also checking site suggestions forum for any problems with member orders with a vendor or former vendor of CL.

For non-CL vendors we occasionally find less then ethical issues that manifest in feedback threads.... joining to promote their own business pretending like they are a normal member who got a good deal or even providing negative feedback on their competitors. When we catch these lowlifes we often censor the URL of their website or company.

Again appreciate the suggestion, but not something we'll add right now. Some of the regional forums have feedback threads for local shops, but internet orders are a whole different ball of wax.

Same thing is happening to me. Ordered coilovers 3 weeks ago, never got them. I've filed two claims on Amazon with them, and I still haven't gotten my money back yet. If I don't by tomorrow I'm calling my bank. The guy took his site and amazon/eBay stores down, and created a new store as "Just Auto Sports", I'm considering buying a tiny cheap item just to be able to leave feedback and warn others about this fraudulent *******.

hmm that's too bad. I ordered from aksracing on ebay for the M2 exhaust last year and got it on time. Companies can rise and fall quite quickly.

was a victim of aks racing ordered coilovers and they never showed up filed claim and in 5 days all my money was refunded.

4 days after ordering i was curious about company and found this thread and filed claim same day so threads like this are a huge help

waiting to re-order from vexmotorsports tomorrow a legit company in CA
sadly the aristo will look goofy for a few weeks after installing rims tomorrow.
