GFX - Front Lip Spoiler (Split Design)

does anyone know if the 09 IS250 GFX Front Lip Spoiler Split Design could fit on the 07 ?

Naw it won't fit the older bumper at least not without some modifications

Does anyone know where you can get the 09-10 GFX? I checked Sewell, but its a little more than what I would like to pay for a front lip.
