Didn't get you wrong at all; maybe I should have written the word 'your' in caps; meaning, you need not worry about MY experience - if you are unwilling to help fix the issue; same goes for everyone else. Argh, too much effort responding to these unhelpful posts.

Otherwise, of course I understand the vehicle was designed this way on purpose - I have a marantz home theater system and can appreciate different levels from different channels / media - but this setup doesn't work properly in a car, for me, at least.

Simply put, they fixed something that wasn't broke, and should at least give us the option to fix/lock levels across sources. You guys have a problem with that?

Those of you with another, additional '14 model year Lexus, who wouldn't mind helping, please advise if each source has a separate volume setting or if the volume is fixed across all sources on same. Thanks.
