I did a search but the tites didnt really correspond to the my search criteria


I just got a new touch screen unit as my old one died. How do i get the language/agree screen to stop appearing on startup?

On my old unit, the GPS map used to rotate when in motion. How do i enable that on the new unit?

I would assume both are in a settings menu somewhere...but I wouldn't know, I don't have navi :[

 

While in Map mode, press Compass(NORTH/SOUTH) button that is located in the left upper corner of the touch screen. Not sure if this is what you're asking for.

I just saw on another recent thread that updating to 8.1 will get rid of the agree screen at start up.
