ANYONE know what canard/splitter this is? Not the myride diffuser but to the left of it. Please help thanks!!!

I saw them before but i forgot the brand name, NMPETER had them on his IS....i found something similar i guess

I believe they are universal. No such thing is made specifically for the 2IS.
