I'm trying to get a 250 to pass emissions. However, I've had it at two different locations and have had the same issue. When they connected to the modules under the steering wheel they say that it will not even detect. I went through a few fuses, but has no luck. I've heard it is connected with the cig lighter fuses. Problem is the cig lighters still work in front and rear. Any suggestions?
