yes and no, just time, several steps on the aircraft remover, wire brush. the time consumption was smoothing them out with several grits of sand paper and on both the barrels and the faces. but im real happy with the turn out, different look.

looks great definitely different with the naked alloy. do you think you lost some integrity of the wheels by sanding them down?

not at all. cant change strength by removing a hairline, I just wish I could capture the actual look of it on camera for you guys...
