Default a little a/c confusion

So my cousin just bought an 06 IS350 with 190k miles. Car is fully loaded. When the a/c is on, the driver's side blows out cool air and the passenger side about 10 degrees warmer sometimes even more. Any idea on what the problem could be and any solutions?
Thanks in advance

I understand that stuff. dual* is off, but it's still not blowing right on the passenger side.
