I spent 30min analyzing the 2IS and 3IS bumper and by the look of it both cars have the same similar shape around the fenders and grill area so those areas would need minor modification.
The big modification would around the headlight area but the basic 2IS headlight shape is there. Hell if you look closely where the 3IS LED strip is it resembles the basic shape that the 2IS headlight has so some careful measuring a steady hand and a dremel will do the trick. Once you have that done the rest should be simple.
Also to the OP, I'm not a fan of the 3IS but I have to admit that bumper looks great on your car.

thank you everyone for the great compliments, I appreciate it all. Sorry I've been absent from this thread for a few days but it's been hectic trying to get the last few things in before the Pursuit 4.. But it's coming along. To everyone that's going, me and my baby will see you there

I'm not going to get the fog lights with this bumper.. as weird as it is, I actually prefer this bumper without the JDM fog lights 
Absolutely, they can do that too. Just give them a call or go down there with your car and show them what exactly you want done and they'll give you a quote and time frame.

wow dude came out better then i expected. everything came together real well ( minus those window visors ) ...
i wont be able to enter my car into pursuit due to work, but i will try to make it out there for a few hours sometime during the day to see your beautiful ride. hope to see you tomorrow
