Default Noob question- [how to remove A/C vent]

Hey guys,

Sorry for the noob question, but does anyone know how to remove this. Its for my right hand side air-con vent.

I'm trying to do it myself because the dealership charges through the roof on labour.

Thanks in advance

To remove the vent? I'm pretty sure it just pulls out.

yeh, the whole vent/unit. Do you know if there is a specific way of pulling it out. I don't want to ruin the dash

Thanks

The side panel on the dash needs to come off. It is held in by two or three yellow clips. They aren't too hard to come off, then you can get your hands behind the vent and pull towards you. Just be carful when working with the dash.

Thanks heaps! I'll have a try if worse comes to worse then I'll have to let the dealership handle it
