Default Driver side door seems to shift over bumps

So when going over minor bumps at any speed my driver side door seems to shuffle or shift slightly up and down. Its minor but I keep hearing what sounds like the weather stripping tap the frame over bumps. If I add more weather stripping foam it seems to go away for a little while until the foam compresses and no longer creates the tight seal. The sound also seems to go a way if I shove my finger in between the door and the body and push hard.

I'd prefer not to keep my finger in the door crack.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

I haven't experienced it on either of our Lexus's,but I did have an issue on my Daughter's 2010 Honda Civic. The Dealership had to realign the door which took care of the problem.
