Hi,

So my navigation has been out for over a year now. I have tried the touch screen fix but it did not seem like it was the problem. I think it's the digital in the unit itself.
I am currently going to school in Virginia but I am originally from Anaheim, CA. So is my IS250 07. I know there are lots of folks in SOCAL driving Lexus than in any other part of the States.
My brother is going back to Cali this May and he can bring the unit with him so please let me know if you know someone who is good in fixing this, please let me know, I will appreciate it much. Please let me know.

Or at least I just want to find out about what is wrong with the unit before buying an used one on Ebay. I am worried that it might be the wire harness that causing the issue. I don't know how to test it tho. Please let me know if you know someone. Thank you in advance.

If just the touch screen went out I would get a new screen(just the screen)from ebay. I had my touch screen go out and bought one from ebay for like $300 shipped. Changing the screen was very easy and fixed the problem. Good luck with it!

Thanks for your suggestion. That was exactly what I did after trying to fix the screen myself. Unfortunately the problem was not just the screen. Btw here is a link to the problem of my navigation:

Looking to replace the whole unit now tho. The first thing is I just want to make sure it's not the harness which is causing the problem
