Ultinons are too dim in my opinion. They're 2400 or 2600 lumen instead of 3200 lumen for the original Philips Xeneco D4S bulb. I'm removing the D4S ballast this weekend and replacing it with a D2S so I can run Osram CBI's. They're rated 5500k at 3200 lumen. Best of both worlds.
D2S, too also is a different bulb which also isn't a fair comparison to the D4S however; Philips does have Ultinon D2S as well so that can be a comparison.
On the side, I'm not quite fond of mercury based bulbs.

I'm biased but I can honestly say that you WILL NOT go wrong with the XenonDepot D4S bulbs. We sell both Philips Ultinion D4S bulb and XenonDepot D4S bulbs so at the end of the day I can offer you both products. However, The XenonDepot D4S HID bulbs at $49.99/bulb (using CLGB08 coupon code at checkout) is an awesome deal for a high quality aftermarket D4S bulb.

I have an extremely broad and subjective question - in your opinion, how much brighter in percentage do you think the Ultinons are compared to the XenonDepot bulbs at the same color temperature? It would be helpful to have a lumens chart to help shoppers decide so they know exactly what they're getting.
I think you meant to say $49.99 in your message above instead of $44.99? Also, do you offer any warranty on your individually sold bulbs?

I recently installed Xenondepot 8K in my fog lights, and even for 8K they are brighter than my 6K garax in my headlights.
Ultinons are simply the best bulb, however with a nice price tag.

I have the Garax 6K installed both in my headlights and fog lights and I love the light output and visibility. I usually keep the fogs on with the headlights at all times and have had no problems with them so far. They match the 2012 headlight LED's pretty good also. iJDMtoy is currently out of stock for the 6K D4S bulbs so you might have to order them somewhere else...

I bought Philips 6K on ebay for $55 and they have been great. No flickering, no on off turned to cycle lights back on and the color is really nice.
I did try some cheaper ones on ebay first for only $18 and they were nothing but issues.
