Definitely get a car port. A garage would be better but anything to protect your investment. I keep mine garaged all the time. The heat will take its toll on the dash. Just be sure to use a windshield visor (or preferrably tint) even if its parked in the car port.

Definitely carport minimum, garage is better obviously. I had a climate control system installed in my garage.

Yes from me. $40 for parking and carport is a pretty good deal.

I went to college in upstate NY in a collegetown where prices were over inflated. Paid $100+ a month to park in a cramped backyard of a random house. Indoor parking spaces were New York City pricing, if not more (easy $200+ a month)
