Like I said on the first page, I bought one and finally installed it this weekend.
I like the way it gives the GFX front a lower look.
I also trimmed both ends to flow a little bit better with the gfx lip. I didn't like it when the ends were cut straight.

you beat me to it. I bought one just for the hell of it. To me every lip has a negative part to it. I too have a GFX lip and the one thing i hate about it is that its just not too low. I know it a cheap part but hey i think it looks good man!

Does look a lot nicer after you trimmed the sides but i agree that this is the home depot lip. You can google "garage door seal lip" and you'll find many DIY for this lip.

Honestly, i like the look of it and have been searching a lip to achieve that exact look (a very subtle black lip along the bottom of the bumper). I'm not a fan of anything crazy or aggressive, and wanted something more on the "down-low" but adds to the front end as well. Now only if they made this type of lip using quality materials and not a garage door liner then i'd be all over it...

You should look up chargespeed's kit at www.chargespeedusa.com, and look for it under Lexus 2009 IS. They now only offer carbon fiber material, and before it had another material that was less expensive. But definitely quality stuff and pricier. I was looking into it, but got a GFX at the time, while deciding on a lip.

Not bad from far away. How does it look close up?

I did this, "Home Depot" lip on my Civic back in high school lol.
