Default Possible fender rolling

I have an IS250 AWD 2007. I am wondering if I need to roll my rear fenders. I lowered it with Megan EZ's and it is 25 inches from fender to ground. It has about a one finger gap. The wheels I ordered were the Euroteks. According to the website the backspacing is 40 on the rear. Not sure if it is + or -. I plan on running 275/30R19's in the rear on a 9.5 inch wheel. Will I need my fenders modified in the rear??? Thanks.

I am running a 19 X 9.5" Wheel with a +38 offset and I am pretty flush. Once you lower the car the wheels should camber in naturally and you should have no issue. If there is any rubbing it should be very slight.

Thank you very much. After I purchased everything I panicked because I did not realize I might have to mod my fenders but that makes me feel better.

I had the same tire size and wheel width before and I had mine rolled.
