Default Doors/Trunk not unlocking

In the past couple of months, the locks and trunk release on my 08 IS250 AWD have started to malfunction. The door actuators on all four doors are not working, and now the trunk only opens if I manually open it with a key. The button inside the car doesn't even open the trunk.

Is this the actuators, or is there another problem? The battery is good in my key fob.

Thanks for the help!

Try the Valet button in the glove box. Open the glove box and on the right outer side they're will be another button. Press that and try to open the trunk again via the key fob or button on the driver side.

The valet button is on the left side of the glove box.
