So got a 2009 lexus is250 and just notice the inside has a rattle when going over bumps it's coming from the back some where like around the rear back dash or rear windshield surrounding area can seem to pin point it but some where in between those areas anybody got a fix for this..just started happening thought it was my daughters booster seat that has cup boulders but its not some one plz point me to the right directions of how to fix thanks in advance mahalo

the armrest/cup holders in the backseat have a small compartment, check if toys or objects are inside it if you havent checked.

Checked it nothing in it and my girlfriend took me for a ride as I was in the back seat and sounds like its near the rear dash lid

I have the same issue, it sounds like water bottles rubbing against each other. It only seem to happen when the weather is warm though. I hope someone on here have a solution.

I have that too, I think its the shade device joints cuz when push the button it makes the same buzz sound when going up...I think the joints need some silicon spray

i just fixed my rattling issue that was coming from the rear deck area. everytime i would drive over 5mph i would hear this annoying rattling noise coming from the right rear deck. had this issue since november and it was bugging the crap out of me for two months. i did everything from having the bodyshop do a thorough inspection, mechanics check the rear shocks and tires, stereo shops take apart my rear seats and check the stock subwoofers. turns out it was this blue/brown plastic box that connects the wires inside the trunk. (its right behind the rightside back lights)
it stressed me out so much so i thought i would post and share my experience to help. hopefully its nothing major and you have the same problem as mine.

The noise on my car was coming from rear windshield had shop take out my windshield and took out the clips under the windshield all retaining clips were takin out

What was exactly wrong with the blue/brown plastic box that would cause the clunking noise cause I have this same issue. And how did you fix it?
