I'm pretty sure it's been posted and talked about before, but 1) it can't be a 2011 with those headlights, and 2) I believe it was a pre-production IS F that ran its purpose for events and such. The illegal street racing was probably concocted to just get more views. It's a shame though- there were still some good parts that 2IS members as well as F owners would have liked to have for spares.
