Maintenance advice

Ok so I notice there a coolant leak under my car and I will replace the water pump

Anyrhing else I should change while I'm at it?

Also I the color of coolant is green.. Should I keep using this kind of coolant or replace it with the Toyota red coolant ? If I do will it make any issues?

I would use the pink/red coolant.

Your issue may be due to the green coolant. Fix the problem and use the Toyota coolant.

Maybe previous owner replaced the water pump and used green coolant causing the gasket to leak?
Should I just change the gasket and used red coolant?
The water pump looks pretty new..

Anything else I should replace while I'm at it ?
Car is a 06 with 85k miles

Use the Toyota coolant for sure. It's not that expensive and it's meant for the car

While in there, change the belt and check the other pulleys for "play"...especially the alternator pulley. Those seem to have a known history for going out.
