Jonari is a bit pricey, i bought them via Wheelexperts since they had a location in dallas where I can pick up the parts and save on the shipping, wheelexperts undercut the pricing on Jonari a little bit, I just happened to call Jonari first and ended up dealing with both because wheelexperts is one of Jonari's authorized dealers

Fitment is like OEM parts, the front fits so tight it didn't need any tape or anything but imma put a couple screws on the bottom just in case, quality is top notch for aftermarket parts, and it comes at a price too lol

BCR is on my list actually, still thinking BCR or TEINs CS, if anyone has any inputs that'll be great I know there are threads on this but i haven't been able to gather much information on the TEIN's

The whole kit is authentic, i heard about fitment issues with replicas and not a big fan of that.

This is what the authentic sticker looks like, every piece has this sticker except for the spoiler..iono why they didn't put it on the spoiler

First I would like to say thank you so much for purchasing an authentic kit and supporting Wald Japan, as they have put alot of time in develoment for this kit. Second I would highly recommend you go with either KWv3 or BCR with customs springrates as far as coils go. From what ive gathered over the years is that the teins tend to have a soft ride and not drop as low as some of the other coilovers in the market.

Looking forward to your build f

You can also add that the BCR can be rebuilt for about half the amount of TEIN. I have TEIN HA's on my Integra and they need to be rebuilt and the quote from TEIN to rebuild them is insane.

Josh thanks for your support! Your car is one of my favorite on this forum, definitely gives me inspiration haha. To be honest, i'm not a big fan of replica stuff. No offense to anyone here as I can understand it's a cheaper way to mod and maintain. But to me personally, if I can't afford to do it right the first time I won't do it at all, just leave it stock and be happy with it, but if i can afford it then I will no doubt go for the legit stuff. BCR's is definitely becoming my top choice thanks to you guys for making my search easier haha.

I still need to learn and do some more research on this "spring rate" as this will be the first time i'm lowering and buying coilovers for a car.

Thanks! and thanks for the tips! it definitely helps to have additional inputs as I don't want to regret it.

That's good to know! Do you know how often you need to get these rebuilt? I am new to coilovers and more concerned with quality.

Hey TNLS600hL,

Nice Job...looks good. I'm having to re-install my Wald kit (rear ended). It's all painted and ready for install. I remember purchasing a rubber lining, but can't for the life of me remember where I purchased or where to look for it. Beside the 3M Automotive tape did you also put a rubber lining?

Thanks in advance

No i didn't use a rubber lining, I haven't really heard or seen anyone else here does it, it might be a good idea i guess i've never thought about this, maybe some of the other WALD folks can tell us??

Nope kit comes unpainted. I had to go find a local shop to get it painted. Quality was great, well worth the money.

Thanks! Took me almost 6 months to finish the garage floor lol, cause I was doing it myself and I could only do about 10 or so tiles a day whenever I get a chance, and I had to use leveling clips on the tiles and bunch of mortar to make it solid so it won't crack when the car drives on it.
