anyone know a fix for fender liner vibration noise at higher speeds? mines are cut from 9-3 o clock and dont want to remove the portion from 3-5 o clock because of my hid fogs and all them other harnesses...

at slow speeds i dont hear it much, but 45+ mph it gets annoying.
