Starts and cuts off .
**** UPDATE *****
SOOO a code has finally popped up “ P0300 “
When the tune up was done neither coil was changed . Would explain the misfiring in cold weather once the car is warmed up there’s no issues whatsoever. I’m intrigued about the carbon build up and will be looking for someone in houston area who can do it ..
I’ve been having this issue for two weeks, i was told it was my battery, changed and still won’t work. I was told to get a tune up, done and still won’t work. There’s no check engine light or electrical codes I’m getting stuck and don’t know what’s the issue besides paying for a diagnostics at the dealer .
I start the car and my RPM jumps like crazy and just cuts off.

Listen for the fuel pump.
Put you ear near the fuel tank or open the trunk, the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank and have someone turn the ignition to “ON” position.
The fuel pump should make an audible noise if it’s working properly.

IS250
Roughly around 230k
The previous owner let it sit and it needed a new transmission which I replaced last year and now I’m running into this issue and I don’t want to just give up on the car I really like it and how it drives, that’s when it does drive

The mechanic did inform me that could be an issue as well mine could be going out and perhaps my starter but I already paid for the other two things that weren’t the issue lol

As for seafoam if it's too built up it won't do anything. I've used it in the past, and it worked. I only had a slight build up at the time with 80k on the odometer. I'm sitting at 107k at the moment.

You can test for carbon following these instructions.

If you are mechanically inclined change cylinder 3 coil pack to cylinder 1. Then test again to see if the code changes to cylinder 1. I would think if carbon build up. It would cause more random cylinder misfires. Than just one specific cylinder. Hopefully maybe it's just a bad coil pack for now. Try this out first for now.
This is the cylinder order so you can get the idea.
Ah! Sorry disregard anything I mentioned. Sorry I thought code was P0303. My bad hard to see sometimes on mobile.
