diagtime is dead on correct. But the use of the word "create" should really be "duplicate". If we can't duplicate a condition, we can't do squat about it. All your SA needs is L-TT-0093-12 and he/she can pull it up in TIS.

just picked up the car today and when i got home tonight noticed a few issue with the repair.
As I was backing into my garage, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the engine bay. I took a closer look and noticed that the coolant level is low. Also, a leak coming from the seal area where it seems that the work was done.
THis is very disturbing, knowing that the repair was done, but it seems that it wasn't done right.
See image. What shall i do?

9 yrs with unlimited mileage is a long way to go
2011+ models are not covered.

Take it back. I can't see anything in that first pic but the second clearly shows coolant mixed with FIPG which means something in the front cover wasn't sealed properly. Good news is that if you don't have a check engine light by now then at least all the timing chains were set correctly, which is the most common mistake for this repair.

I hate the 250 so much.

Just so you guys have some idea of what is involved in this "repair", this is not just changing out parts. It's a total rebuild of your engine. I've included some pretty low quality pics of the process.

Does this includes changing all the fluids too (brake, transmission, differential, & coolant)?

It would require changing the coolant and engine oil. Nothing else.

checked the coolant level this morning and it is now on the low level side. Pretty sure it was between low full last night.
This is starting to be a pain. This car is such a headache! starting to want to give up on it and just let it go. . .

I really hate having this kind of issue with the car, but its happening. I'm about 75% thinking about letting this baby go. .

A tech screwed up the job. don't blame THIS ONE on the car. I'm sorry for your troubles......... if you drive it back, better watch the temp gauge and if gets even slightly over normal pull over and have it towed. towing is the safest option to begin with. You have the right to be upset....but not with the car. Let them know how mad you are. It will ensure that this time it's taken care of properly.

Was there a significant design/component change on 2011+ models? Can you or anyone elaborate?

Will this problem ever come back after the CSP is completed? or is it a continuous battle?

The parts currently being installed on the 2006-2010 models as part of the TSB are the ones that were installed at the factory on 2011+ cars.
