OK guys, here are some pix of the upgrade. I had the whole front end clear bra done (whole hood, both fenders) as well. Enjoy!

ohiois350,
I went with the 11 absorber to have a perfect fit, it came out real nice, just as expected.

I think the gap at the duct air intake is still there, in order to get rid of that, you definitely have to get the 11 one, there is no other way around it, but everywhere else, the gaps are as tight as possible, that's my main concern.

Ever since I rear-ended somebody and dented my front bumper I've been looking to change it. So far 5 options I gave myself:
1. F Conversion (seen it on a local member's car and not bad at all
2. 2011+ F-Sport bumper
3. 2011+ regular bumper with Lexon-style replica lip
4. 2011+ regular bumper with Wald-style replica lip
5. 06-08 bumper and run INGS kit

Too hard to decide...

For the record, I already have INGS sides and rear sitting in the basement waiting for next spring....

I only have the gap at the duct air intake, so you saying even the 11 absorber foam still have gap? Or the gap fix? Can you take a close pics of the duct air intake? Thanks

The gaps at the duct air intakes are still there. Like I said, the only way to get rid of them is to replace thoses with the 11 model ones. I am more concerned with the gaps surrounding the lights, at the fenders, the hood. Before with the 07 absorber, I've got gaps at those specific spots because of the configuration of the bumper. The area right below the grille of the 11 model is slented downwards while the 07 is straight, so the absorber is biffier and push the bumper out, of course you can shave off right there but since the part doesn't cost that much, I went ahead and ordred it. Once I swapped it, everything else just fall into place, all those gaps closed up, snug fit everywhere.

So the pics above are the gaps still there after u swap out 11 absorber? Or it is before with 07 absorber? Because i still have the same gaps with my 07 absorber

Really? I didn't pay attention to the 07 before I swapped for the 11, if that's the case then I guess we have to live with it, maybe it's intended to be that way?

yeah like I mention on my different thread about 2011 F-sport conversion, I did try to mount the bumper without the absorber to see if I can fit the bumper flush to the brake air duct intakes, but still no luck, I tried everything to fix that gap, maybe the 2011 brake duct air intake are longer than our 06-08 one? but our cars are black so it hard to noticeable I think we live with it now even now I don't really care about the bubbles in my 2012 headlights no more
