Strange BlueTooth Problem-Goes to direct to VM?

Strange BlueTooth Problem-Goes to direct to VM?
I have programmed the 6 speed dial buttons via BlueTooth from my iPhone with my IS250C.
5 work great. But when I try and call my wife's iPhone 3GS, it goes straight into her voice mail.
I've deleted, un-paired and re-tried it several times. Called ATT & Apple, but still no luck.
4 of the other phones are 4GS's and 1 Android-could it be a setting issue with the 3GS? I'm not smart enough to figure this out!
Any clever techy types out there offer any help?

I'll answer my own question in case others with an iPhone 3GS have the same problem.

Its a known issue, our cure is to go get a new SIM card, nothing else worked.
