Thanks for the input coils would be sweet, But for now with a baby on the way cant spend too much on my ride but still want a nice drop so will prob go with springs for now and once I sense my struts are going bad will just get coils, guess im going to start saving for them now hahahaha just cant decide on H&R or RMs for springs... And then decide on some spacers too as you can see I think I have room for 5-10mm spacer

Seriously don't even bother with springs man. Keep your suspension stock until you can bite the bullet on coils, that way you won't have to worry so much about your shocks giving out. God knows that with a baby on the way you need as few financial risks as possible lol.
Just my suggestion though, if you were to lower the car on springs anyway, my vote would be to go with the H&Rs. I had them for my Accord and they were awesome for a year and a half, then my shocks started leaking and I upgraded to coilovers. Then I traded my car in for the Lexus, and bought H&R springs on impulse, but I ended up selling them for 3/4s what I paid instead of installing them. Now I'm on BC coils and I'm all good. hahah
With the H&Rs you should be sitting at maybe half a finger gap, and judging by the fit of your wheels you should be able to get by without any scraping or fender rubbing.

I wanted throw in my 2 cents as I was in a very similar situation as you.
I had H&R springs being sure that I didn't want to go lower. Once I got them, they are amazing springs; The ride was comfortable and the drop was even and noticeable.
With 235s in the front and 275 in the back, the back is noticeably higher with a 1.25ish finger gap. I didn't rub at all.
What is funny, at least to me is that once I dropped my car... I immediately wanted to go lower. I never had a low car and never really modded any of my prior cars. Before I dropped the car, I was set on H&Rs... but some sort of epiphany immediately hit me when I actually spent the money to put them on. I drove the H&R relatively happy for 3-4 months but I ended up just getting coils. Looking back, I think I was just trying to convince myself that they were enough. Now the car looks way more solid and I am really happy. I just don't know how I am going to get rid of these H&Rs now. Get COILS.
This car game never satisfies you and I see that many people are on the same boat. It's a curse lol

I appreciate you all, will gladly consider all the advice, will talk to my local shop here in Tucson and see what the price might be, might as well get it all out of the way before my wife gives birth in Jun... maybe I can get away with a 5mm spacer as well for that extra 1/2 cm of aggressiveness hahaha
