Default Differences between 2011 and 2012 IS 250

I am looking to purchase a brand new Lexus IS 250. The local dealer has a new 2011 IS 250 in stock. I was going to purchase a 2012 model but the dealer is offering the 2011 for 3-4K less than the 2012. It is brand new and I am torn on what to do. What are the main differences between the two cars? And in terms of body styling what are the main differences? EX: Headlights. Pictures would be welcome. Thanks.

are you able to park them side by side and see for yourself?

There really are no major differences, the LED headlights are available on both 2011 and 2012 but the 2012 LED is a more cool blue. And the fsport package is something else on its own.

Very minor difference on the inside of the 12.

The temp buttons are now color coded. Nav has a silver trim.
The VSC and I believe the front deicer windshield button (Canada model) has been moved.

Other than that, same vehicle.

Also the 2011 headlights have a matte black housing and are more prone To the bubbling defect. The 2012 headlights have a glossy black housing and what's been dubbed as "eyelashes" a clear swirl on the lense that's supposed to prevent the bubbling but a few members still have experienced it. And finally I think The 2011 tail lights have Amber on the corners while 2012 is a clear pink

Actually the 2010 cars and earlier had amber corners. The 2011+ cars have clear corners.
