So I got a 2009 Lexus is250 and my problem is that
When I'm going 60mph I hear this humming noise
Coming from the driver side what could be causing
this noise that's coming from the driver side it only
happens when I'm going 60mph and only driver side
humming noise

 

Check all 4 of your tires both inside and outside sidewalls. Also, make sure you don't have a rocker protector rubbing one of your rear tires. The clips break all the time and they rub on the tire.
