Default Need help with replacing bearing. 06 is350

My mechanic said I need new rear bearings but its gonna cost me $376 x 2 for the entire bearing+ hub assembly. I'm looking online for cheaper options and I found the following. Can anyone help me out? What are the difference between these and the $376 OEM ones?

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=2001008 - $164
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1318742 -$188

Probably not a ton... but OEM is also a lot less than you're listing-

42450B 4241030020
HUB BEARING ASSEMBLY, REAR AXLE, (LEFT / DRIVER SIDE) 01 In Stock $222.72

That 4241030020 part # is the same as listed on your 3rd link

I have used Rock Auto before and they sell a lot of name brand parts for much less than you can get them in your local parts store. However, with the genuine Lexus part being $222 from Sewell, why even mess with aftermarket? Rock Auto wouldn't likely get it to you any faster than Sewell would.

A Timken or Moog bearing is good if you don't go with OEM.
