Default IS350 no electrical power. HELP!

2006 Lexus IS350, push button start. No response whatsoever. No power, lights, no cluster. Depress brake pedal, no lights on start button at all. No courtesy lights, door lights, nothing. Tried to jump start, nothing. Changed battery, nothing. Checking fuses now. No previous problems, was working without a single issue until now. Car acts like there is no battery there. Shows battery at 13v and acts the same w/ just a jump box.

There should be fusible link in the main battery cable, it is the last fail safe for an over current condition, but because it is in the engine compartment, it can degrade and fail too. Check if that is blown, but better yet, have it towed to a good mechanic to test it and ensure there is no short circuit condition.

Its at the dealership right now, they are saying theres a possibility some 400$ fuse rail thing is bad. Are there any other fuses inline before that giant rail that could have gone out? The car has 120k on it and is on the original battery.

Just got a call from lexus, apparently the battery was leaking acid all over the negative cable and broke it. New battery and grounding cables and its should be good to go.

WOW, assuming the fuse rail is the fusible link, that is an expensive fusible link. I saw your other update, glad to see that it just a battery and cable issue.
