My low tire pressure light is on and I can't seem to fix it. I did what the owners manual said, set front tires to spec 35 psi, rears to 38 psi, and spare to 60 psi. Then I tried initializing it but nothing happens, lights are still on. Could it be one of the sensors are bad? How can you check if one of the sensors are bad? I believe these are the stock wheels and tires.

Try unhooking the battery and hooking it back up so everything will reset....

i would think unhooking it n hooking it back up should be fine.
but you can leave it unhooked for 30 seconds and hook it back up

When you look on the gauge cluster, does it say "tire pressure low" or does it say "check system"?
If it says "check system", I think that because of a bad sensor.
If it says "tire pressure low" it just needs air, disconnect the battery and try again.
