Looking to purchase is250 and would like to know changes from 08-10. Got a great reply on Bluetooth and would like to know wheel diameter, audio system and hid headlight availability on these years along with any other noticeable changes.

The obvious changes on 09-10 from 08 are, side mirror turn signal light, rear LED taillamp, rear bumper( the long black piece on the bottom of the rear bumper which 06-08 IS doesn't have. That's all I know. Any other equipments look the same.
