anyone know if a 2010 version will fit a 2006 is?

 

The +09 models have different center vent design, so a 2010 version will not line up properly.

 

so if i buy a 2009 vent will it fix that?

 

Watch out for stuff off Aliexpress. I've used them to buy fake iphone cases which turned out good but they are nothing but an escrow website. They set you up with the seller and hold the money until you receive the item. Most of the stuff you see on there is replica so I would be wary of buying electronics on there.

 

It probably will be ok. There is another thread in this forum that may help, but the navigation head unit is not a FlyAudio brand.

that surely looks just like the flyaudio unit! down to the sticker on it too. but i cant be 100% sure. by looking at the display screens and pics, it looks the same. if they would show the navi screens and all other screenshots it would be easier to tell.

 

that unit looks the same and screenshots look the same too, even looks just like mine and mine came direct from flyaudio! . notice how the ad says bluetooth
a2dp or what ever it says ( streaming bluetooth? mine does not have that does yours?) and my mp3's that are loaded on sd card is not bieng recognized by the unit anymore! (pissed off)
so i have to use the primo 2 music player. i just might install the vaistech android unit and return back to stock navi.

I was looking at the model and they say it's a "FlyAudio Brand ST-080"
Not sure what the "ST-080" stands for, but if you search for that in the website, you will find all kinds of stereos.
Plus the Brand names is "Brand Name: LSQ STAR"
