I had a car accident with nearly the same damage as you, but i'd say a little less. The cost to repair was 12k so I don't think your car will be salvaged.
Correct me if im wrong but Cali's law was that dmg exceeds car value right?

Yeah you're right I was just frantic and worried about the insurance thing, the car will be up and running in the near future. The injuries are receding and all seems well. Thanks for all the wishes everyone, really needed it after seeing my car like that for one, then seeing everyone's faces as they drove by looking at the wreckage. Was so embarrassing since the other driver bounced and made it look like it was my fault for causing all that traffic -_-
