And to the op I would replace what's still working cause Lexus speakers are on par to most 300 buck component sets. If they happen to blow then explore swapping them out for some Polk audio/mb quart/ or alpine speakers in the doors but you wasting time and money swapping tweeters

As other members mentioned, the mids and highs in Lexus system are on par if not better than the good after market ones. This is also one reason I chose Lexus IS over other similar cars.
I highly recommend you upgrading the sub-woofer set up instead. Specifically, I'm running this JL Audio 500/1 and 10W3v3 subwoofer together with the factory Lexus mids and highs and extremely happy with the result. It blends so well with the system and if you get a remote bass leveler (not bass boost control), you can control and fine tune the bass of each specific song. The bass is so damn tight, accurate, responsive and clean.
If you happen to live in Southern California, talk to Tommy@MusicBox because he is a audio pro! He recommended that upgrade and installed it for me.

Seriously, the highs in Lexus system is more than enough. Adjust the treble boost to highest, turn the volume higher, those high can kill your ears in seconds.
Also, I listen to Chinese, Korean pop... too and the quality of Lexus factory mids and highs are adequate to handle those songs. Make sure your MP3 have high quality in the first place.
