Default what spacer do i need to make it flush?

im low on H&R spring.i like how it look.i just want add spacer to make it more flush without mod the fender.my wheel is 19 stargged 19 8.5 f and 19 9.5 rear and Offset:35mm Front/45mm Rear.
my car is awd.i did the research and see most people run 15mm f and 20 or 25mm rear.can i run 15mm all around and which brand is good H&R or Ichiban v2 spacer?.Thank if anyone can help.

^ what JoshIS408 posted, except i would add that you can't run flush and no fender mods without the right tire sizes.

20 and 30 mm spacers.

19 8.5 f and 19 9.5 rear and Offset:35mm Front/45mm Rear.

So 19x8.5 +15 and 19x9.5 +15 which would be similar to 19x9 +21, 19x10 +21

Use 215 and 225 tires, you can even do lower offsets in the rear.

I have a fender roll and also running 19x8.5/9.5, and planning on running spacers

i just take a look at my wheel and see it almost flush.i think around 5mm all around.what spacer do i need?do i need spacer with stubs?'
