I did mine not too long ago. Got the cheapest ones that i could find on ebay. I just put the lexus words in the front because i have the 250 and the L would look awkward. i put the 2 Ls in the back because they fit snug in the center. I have no complaints aside for me being too impatient to wait for the coats of paint to dry causeing the finish to look bad up close and the decal to wrinkle slightly. Im going to do them again with the 2 remaining lexus words and ls but this time im just going to add the decals the next day when im sure its fully dried. here are pics.
Sorry I can't edit, I'm on phone. But also does anyone match their lugs with the caliper. Not seeing much of it on the Painted Caliper thread. Opinions on it?
Painting the lugs is a bad idea if you want your wheels to stay on the car. Maybe you mean the rotor hat or colored lug nuts.
Do you have to take off the calipers to paint them? Or if you paint them on do you just not paint the back?
You do not have to remove the calipers. I didn't. You obviously can't see the back so it didn't matter to me.

It's hard to get a perfect color match so I don't bother. I think it looks cool though. Do NOT paint your lug nuts though.
