2010 Lexus IS convertible iPod/USB input

So I was browsing the net and came across this piece... Question is... is this a swappable unit to replace out line inputs for the auxilary to run straight usb?

The cars with the USB jacks (2010+) have an entirely different generation of stereo and nav systems in them.

I looked into this too at one point. I was really thinking to get the AUX/USB connector and install it where you see it in the picture in my 2008 IS250, and used a VAIS audio hookup w/usb and have it hidden so it would look intergrated OEM look. Never got around to doing it yet...all I need it the part # for the AUX/USB jack!
