Seems your bumper does not have sensor hole..did you plug holes? or special order?

Mine does not have the sensor holes either but all of the ones for sale on ebay / option racing have the sensor holes.

If you purchase OEM from a dealership or sewell or wherever do you have to trim the bumper at all to make it fit as opposed to these aftermarket bumpers that are sized according to the IS x50.

yes, you'll have to modify the OEM bumper bought from a dealership in order for it to fit on the ISX50. The IS-F is slightly wider than the ISX50 in the front

I was thinking about ordering the OEM IS-F front bumper, so I'm curious where it's wider at - is it just where it meets the front fenders, or is it wider at the core support, too?

Im not sure what you mean by core support, but supposedly only the fenders don't line up. You can just get an IS-F grill and a few other accessories inorder for the middle part of the bumper to fit

I've asked someone on the forums who done the conversion...
You'll need the front bumper, fender (upper+lower), hood

too bad there aren't any front spoilers for that is-f bumper
