An u swap a 2011 bumper on a 2006 without any major fabrication? I am guessing yes but wanted to understand if any changes in headlight size or supports has occurred. Any help is useful. I have been looking at gfx lips but for the cost I might as well do a new bumper style possibly even an F . Thx for any info.

or you can just buy hids like what i did but still needs the converter unless you want to mod it to fit

 

Will this work with the existing splash gaurds, etc on the '06+? I'm getting ready to do this update on my '08. Has anyone done this retrofit yet? It seems like this is possibly just a conversion on the newer style ('09+) to the FSport. Any help in this area would be appreciated.

 

^^good question im take mine off cause i rubed the crap outta them but i dont think they fit can someone chime in on this but i ripped m splash guards before i did the conversion so im not sure, but everything other than that fits if you buy the conversion from swell cause you need the clips to hold it which are diffrent but comes with everything you need if you buy from swell and they do a good job painting

 

I'm confused. The original question was about an 06 . I want to def do this as well. I have an 07. However the link specifically says only fits 2009+. Am I missing something here?

 

yes...it'll work...I have an 06. There wasnt much of an issue at all. The fender lining, I had to do a little something to, but nothing major
