Exclamation Jolting when set to Park, noisy during crusing.

I've purchased a 2008 IS250 ( currently at 55,000 miles) AWD from the local Lexus dealership in July 2011. I enjoy the quality performance of the car but about a couple of months ago the following problems began to appear; (please excuse my terminology as I am not familiar with car maintenance)

1. at first, when i set my car to Parking many times there would be a slight jolt. However, this problem happens every time now, and more violently. One standing out by my car can tell that my car intensely jolting forward then bounces back. This feels very unsafe and unhealthy. I took it to the dealership when this first started to occur, but maybe because it's still under warranty, they found nothing wrong with the car. Might this be the suspension problem? Should I change the brake pad and rotor since the car also screeches a little when braking?

2. the car is making a lot of noises, especially for a Lexus. I have to turn up the music quite loud to cover up the unpleasant sound it's creating. Might this be because of worn mufflers?

3. a couple weeks ago, while in jammed traffic, the car was vibrating slightly. If in Park, it's doing the same thing.

4. I got a oil change at a local auto shop, but the oil change reminder light still appears after the procedure was done.

Please forgive the long and numerous questions. A thousand thanks in advance who read through this and hopefully could aid me with the above. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

I am not sure of question 1 or 2 but be sure you depress the brake pedal firmly before switching from P to RND. Your vibration might mean you have carbon buildup on the valves. The oil reminder is still on because the auto mechanic probably didnt know how to reset it.
What kind of sound does it make?

Question number 4 (oil change indicator) is easy - your local shop didn't reset it after changing the oil. Procedure is easy - it's in both your owners manual and our FAQ thread stickied to the top of the forum. Here is a link to the relevant entry: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ml#post1723025

I have something similar to your #1 but i think its due to the transmission. Also makes like a hard click noise when you shift into Park or out of Park. not sure if yours does that as well.
