Current situation. Planning to purchase a new trunk lip for my 2IS. Starfire Pearl 2IS with vinyl'ed satin black roof, shark fin, and emblems (plastidipped). The lip spoiler looks kinda tacky being star fire pearl and all the other is satin black. Would it be okay if I purchased the unpainted primered version of the lip and had vinyl'ed with the same type as my roof. I found some articles on other forums saying vinyl won't stick long on primer. And others saying, when you remove the vinyl, the primer will come right off. Or should I just go ahead and purchase a painted one and wait 14 days, then have it vinyled satin black? Thanks!
