So you live in DFW and you couldn't just pick up the parts at Sewell?

... the email about grille? You ordered this that very afternoon did you not?

Be mindful, we'll make every effort to provide every bit of detail to allow users such as yourself (everyone on this thread) to make purchasing decisions for yourself. If a part is on our site, but you just can't find it, yes you can email us to allows to point it out, but yes we can only type so fast for those looking for accurate information.

We're happy to help.

While we're ecstatic to hear that you are interested in purchasing from Sewell. Our internet mail-order operation has nationwide patronage and welcomes local business as well. The preferred pricing through CL is in fact tied to this end of our business but does not commingle with our dealership, in-store operations. Items afforded this discounting matrix are available on a shipping basis only as there is no will-call provision or pick-up station.

We're regretful to inform you of this, but on most items in our catalog, the Club Lexus savings are greater than the local shipping charges applied to the orders. We hope this does not cause any undue inconvenience and we hope you'll still consider ordering through our website -- it’s fast and easy.

I appreciate the offer. But nothing you can do or say will have any affect on my decision not to buy anything from your dealership.

i love sewell just wish i would have just bought their $110 dollar GFX sides and had them painted locally, i bought the ones in obsidian for 3 times that which was great for quick install just a little more expensive...thats my bad though not sewell's

also i think they should remove things that are not plug and play from popping up when you pick a car on the drop down for example my 2009 side mirrors came up when i picked the 07 2IS. They however require modification which sewell does not provide instruction on. I figured it out so no big deal but to avoid problems from people complaining to them they should make them just pop up under the 09+ and then people can just look them up. Later when they have a DIY or mod the plugs they can move it into the 06-08 2IS classification.

In general im a fan of Sewell and I will be ordering some more fsport stuff soon!

Did the sewell prices jump in the last few days? I have been eyeing an fsport exhaust and I think it went up like $300?!
