Default CD changer unit

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the CD changer unit for the 2007 IS and 2009 IS? I'm looking for a replacement and I see that the 2009 version is cheaper than the 2007 version. I have an 07 Non-navi IS250 and want to know if the 2009 version would work for my car. Need your expert knowledge guys! Thanks!!!

I need the bottom unit which is the CD changer with the volume and radio tuning ****.

2007 Version:

2009 Version:

They are different part numbers, however, the assembly diagrams are identical. I can't say for sure that it will work, but I know Sewell is pretty good with returns. Worth a try to save $500+...

Thanks busdepot. Anyone else have an idea if the 09 CD changer unit would work on an 07 IS?

Seen a couple of these on ebay last night <$200...just couldn't tell you what model yrs they came from. Plus I'm no help on the original question; just thought I'd help with sourcing the changer.
