Sounds like a possible loose battery terminal.

I've only seen the main fuse blow from a reverse jump.

Ok, an update on this issue. So, we had a flash flooding in our area and apparently that caused my ground cable to corrode badly. This corrosion did not allow the current to flow and that's why car was completely dead. I cleaned the corrosion, and she is back to normal! It was kind of a pain because I had to remove the battery to get to the bottom of the negative cable but I am happy I did! It did not cost me a penny!
