Welcome, you will love the Vert even more when the weather gets warmer. My 2012 C was originally from Stevens Creek, Lexus of Concord traded an 12 RX for it to sell it to me. I too wanted the parking assist but it wasn't a deal breaker not getting it. Just hit 2K miles Friday.

Sure wish it had the Parking Assist and Safety Connect but I can live without them.

I thought the pre collision system had the radar cruise control? From the looks of the front emblem you don't have the radar system, not positive I've only seen one at the dealer and it had a different front emblem.
