I recently bought 68SMD LED replacement DRL and installed them with the transistor and was not happy at all. First off they aren bright and the damn transistor is the size of a bar of soap so there is no place to conceal it. What I would like to do is simply put a blue or or nicer color light instead of the ugly stock yellow.

Does anybody have any suggestions that are simple changes ?

Alternatively, you can get the DRL's shut off all together too if you want

 

The seconds one is what I bought and was not happy at all, is there anything that i can do that isnt LED without turning them off

 

You can put a regular 9005 bulb in... they do sell colored ones. I just don't like them because when the lights off the bulbs look ugly.... usually the glass on them is colored and you can see it inside the housing when its off.

The V-LED kit is pretty good though. It's bright.
