My car does the same thing. When I open it from the handle my car beeps about 10 times.

 

its very weird it stopped ? so im not sure whats goin on i do remember that i accidently when i leave my car on and leave real quick for a delivery i will leave the car on and when i close the door i forget and try to lock it and it beep, but i did notice that when i did that by accident my car went crazy you think thats why?

 

and i did not leave my car on on accident i usly will run for a delivery real quickly and dont wana mess the starter up and i try to lock it pressing on the handle and you know how it beeps like 3 to 5 times later that day the car starts to lock itself so i might have messed it up by when i leave the car on and locking it from the out side sorry my english is kinda horrible bare with me

 

Is it possible you have you spare car key inside your car?

 

I had this happen to me and it ended up being one of the door lock actuators was bad. Everytime I would unlock the door the car would beep exactly 10 times. Next time the car does it, walk around, or you can even just check from the inside visually, and see if any of the doors are not unlocking. In my case that's what was happening and the dealer replaced the actuator.

 

How much did this cost at the stealership?
